Who is behind this site
capodichino.com is run by Alessandro, who lives a few minutes from Naples airport. The site collects the practical information travellers need before flying from or landing at Capodichino: what parking costs, how to reach the city, the port, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, and where to sleep when a flight leaves at dawn.
What we are not
We are an independent website. We are not the official website of Naples airport and we have no connection with the company that runs it. For official information on flights, terminals and services the reference is aeroportodinapoli.it.
How we check what we publish
- Fares and timetables come from official sources: the airport's own pages, the city council's taxi tariffs, the transport operators.
- Every page shows the date of the last check, and we review the main pages at each change of season.
- When something is not confirmed, we say so instead of pretending it is certain. The opening of the airport metro station is the clearest example.
- The graphics are made by us from the same verified figures: no stock photos, no borrowed images.
How the site makes money
Today it does not. We are building a directory of car parks, guesthouses and licensed transfer operators around the airport: when a booking goes through the site, we will keep a commission from the business, never a surcharge on the traveller. Prices you see will stay the ones the business charges.
